Anthony is a highly motivated and accomplished entrepreneur with experience in international property investment and immigration in Asia and Australia. He is passionate about the 3 most important things in life – good food, close family and the security that property provides.
Tran, who is of Vietnamese descent, is a successful businessman in his own right. At just 15 years old, he opened a cafe next to his mother’s food court stall in Perth, and in 2002 years ago opened the multi award-winning restaurant Kulcha Cafe in Western Australia which he still operates today.
Hailing from a strong investment background he has spent time abroad helping high-net-worth clients across Asia, where he was relied upon for expert advice on Australian Real Estate and Migration Law. Anthony brings to every client his marketing, migration and legal background to formulate a winning strategy for success. His negotiation skills combined with a meticulous attention to detail will ensure a premium result with minimal fuss.
Anthony has been accredited with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Commercial Law (Curtin University), Graduate Certificate in Australia Migration Law and Practice ( Murdoch University) and also a Graduate Diploma in Commercial and Resources Law. ( University of Western Australia). Anthony is also a Registered Migration Agent and a Registered Real Estate Agent and has been awarded multiple Community Services Awards from Local and Federal Government bodies.
